The Clear Sky Chart tends to be accurate and reads from left to right in 24 hour format, ​with 0 at 12am and 23 at 11pm. The most important metrics to consider are Transparency and Cloud Cover. 
​Indoor multimedia presentations and equipment demonstrations still take place during poor viewing conditions.
